Neophytos Neophytou is a Manager and Head of the Financial Services Registration Department at MAP S.Platis. He has over 10 years of experience and specialises in the authorisation of regulated entities, both within and outside the EU, across sectors such as brokerage, asset management, fund management, payment and electronic money services, gaming, and banking, among others.
Neophytos advises clients on selecting suitable jurisdictions, business models, and organisational structures, tailored to their market needs and operational capabilities. He also supports clients in ensuring compliance with the applicable regulatory frameworks in their chosen jurisdictions.
In addition, Neophytos has experience in transactional services, including Due Diligence mandates across various jurisdictions, as well as equity and debt listings for capital raising purposes.
He holds a BSc in Financial Economics from the University of Essex and an MSc in Finance and Investment from the University of Bristol.
