We undertake feasibility studies, combined with detailed project-risk analysis and project finance analysis, for large infrastructure and restructuring projects in the regions we cover.

Typically, in large infrastructure projects there is a dependency on future cash flows as well as great complexity in the financing structure. Furthermore, the cash flows are highly dependent on discrete risks, which independently or in combination over the full economic life of a project determine the success or failure of the venture. We undertake to:

• Model the underlying cash flows (per project phase)
• Model the likelihood and impact of risks (after specific risk mitigation) in conjunction with underlying cash flows (per project phase)
• Take into account overall project risk mitigation
• Analyse and project financial results and statistics for the project's financial position
• Prepare a complete and detailed report
