Corporate Secretarial Services
Every Cyprus company must have a company secretary. We can provide the necessary services with respect to the statutory filings of a Cyprus company, as required, including its annual filings, annual general meetings, the preparation of requisite documents, resolutions and instruments, keeping of the statutory records including Register of members and directors, and the necessary ad hoc and statutory filings of notices, resolutions and documents with the Registrar of Companies. 

Banking & Administration
As we work closely with a number of the local banks, we can assist with the opening of bank accounts, processing of banking instructions, bank signatories, transfer and other banking instructions. We can also assist with any administration e.g. issuing invoices, payroll etc as may be required by the company. 

Fiduciary
